Reporting

The reporting features are available only to users designated by you as administrative support people.  There are three main reports available:

  • Number report - used to track the complete activity regarding any telephone number
  • Compliance report - used to monitor usage (and non-usage) by your agents and to alert you to potential abuses

  • Company logs - a record of your company's do-not-call list, and any inquiries, past transactions, or permissions to call logged by your agents and staff

All of the reports can be printed by using your Web browser's print button.
