Company Setup Issues

The Do Not Call Sentry™ sign-up wizard creates all of the files and does most of the setup for you. Once you've completed the sign-up process, you will have a company ID and one administrative user will be signed up with his/her chosen password.

The remaining setup steps are:

• Register with the Federal Trade Commission for the area codes you want to subscribe to, and receive a Subscription Account Number (SAN)

• Complete the "Company" section of your Do Not Call Sentry™

• Set up each of your offices

• Add your users

When those steps have been completed, your Do Not Call Sentry™ is ready for immediate use.
